In a word: fat. Excess fat. While these three things probably make up the bulk of scams in infomercials on TV and offers for books and useless products on the Internet, no one needs any of it. They simply need to lose the fat.
In the case of your abdominal muscles, you have them. You always have. They’re there. They’re just hidden by fat. Ab exercises alone will certainly tone and strengthen your abs but you still won’t see them until you lose the fat that’s keeping them hidden. And no, sorry, but there’s no exercise in the world that “turns fat into muscle.” Big. Fat. Lie.
Same goes for the penis enlargement scams. The reason so many men find themselves disappointed in the length of their manliness is because over the years, they’ve allowed a large donut of fat to grow a little each year around the thing. Lose the fat, and you will experience lengthening and consequent enhanced sexual performance.
Are you aware that adipose tissue, i.e., visceral fat, synthesizes estrogen? While men need a tiny bit of it, excess levels of it cause things like “man boobs,” or “moobs.” And that certainly can’t be good for anything.
