On my resume, I made sure that my GRE and my TOEFL scores were right next to my GPA. There were 2 reasons for it. One was that if you have any academic test which you've excelled in, it should make it to your resume. Number 2 is because a lot of people come from diverse backgrounds, and standardized tests provide a common metric to judge your academic level, especially when you've applied for a job as early as August or September, when GPA scores of your current program have not been calculated.

While applying in early fall, the only thing that you'll have is your work experience, your undergraduate GPA, and your standardized test scores. Standardized test scores, especially the GRE for master's students, are extremely important to put up on your resume, and if you're at an undergraduate level you should certainly put in your SAT scores. In the Indian context, people from IIT normally put up their IIT JEE rank. This is the crazy exam  in which millions of students in India take and only a few thousand make it.. That is something which stays with you for life. I mean, if you are an all-India rank 10 or an all-India rank 5, that is an achievement in itself. I would definitely urge people to put in their resume. While applying in India, do mention the AIEEE or CET rank if it is among the top 100. Similarly, Chinese international students should mention their Gao Kao rank if they are above the 95 percentile.

Other than entrance exams, you should mention any sort of National Olympiad selection, top ranks in your state board, mentions of appearance in the Dean's list in your undergraduate program--in short, anything that  is widely acknowledged as a sign of academic achievement needs to be at the top of your resume.
