The manager asked me a few questions about my background and why I wanted to get into consulting. Then, he gave me a small business scenario, which dealt with corporate social responsibility (CSR).
The Ernst & Young interview wasn't as rigorous as some of the interviews we give to potential associates at Parthenon.
Pathenon has a very structured, rigorous, case interview process. The Ernst & Young interview focused on the following points:
- Does the candidate make the fit?
- Is he or she willing to put in the hours?
- Can he or she work with another consultant in front of a client?
